NOVO Square Szeged restaurant and bar warmly welcomes its guests every day from 6 AM to 10 PM and is happy to provide space for both private and public events. We offer an exceptional culinary experience and quality hospitality during our Business Lunch hours every weekday from 12 PM to 3 PM, and we regularly host dinners with a great atmosphere.
The Restaurant
NOVO Square restaurant, located in the heart of Szeged in Novotel hotel, warmly welcomes its dear guests. Our goal is to offer a unique gastronomic experience with a constantly evolving flavor palette and refined elegance. The harmony of flavors is created by combining the traditions of Hungarian cuisine with international culinary trends. NOVO Square is not just a restaurant, but also a vibrant hub of local gastronomic culture and social life.
The Manager
My name is Tibor Szél, and I am the F&B Manager of Novotel Szeged. I warmly welcome you to NOVO Square restaurant!
My main goal is to provide our guests with not only culinary delights but also memorable moments and lasting experiences. I am supported in this by my many years of professional experience and the wonderful team behind me.
The Chef
My name is Roland Búza, I am the Executive Chef of Novotel Szeged. During my years of professional experience abroad, I had the opportunity to work in restaurants and hotels where I was able to learn advanced culinary techniques.
Upon returning home, my main goal is to collaborate with local producers and, using regional ingredients, work with my team to modernize rural gastronomy.
